Care and Use Instructions

Avoid excessive bending. Avoid dropping. Use on really useful surfaces such as wood or plastic cutting boards. Do not use on glass, marble and metal surfaces. At all times store your ceramic knife in its sheath, custom sleeve, knife block, in an in-drawer tray or even keep it in its original packaging.
